Can I have a refund?

Love Trails' position on refunds for bookings

As per our terms and conditions set out at the time of your booking, we are not able to refund tickets or defer tickets to later/other Love Trails experiences.

If you are injured, please consider coming anyway! There is so much to do beyond the running. Many injured runners come to Love Trails every year and they all have a fantastic time enjoying the host of workshops, talks, light movement classes, crafts, live music, and exploring the beautiful countryside of the Gower Peninsula.

Please note: Adventure Activities, race upgrades, Estuary Spa passes, return coach transfers, carpark, motorbike and campervan passes, accommodations including Glamping and Ready-Set-Camp tents and add-ons, Luxury Showers and Pamper Room passes, and Premium Ticket upgrade are non-refundable.

Booking Protection.

If you purchased Booking Protection at the time of checkout and can no longer attend the festival for any of the covered reason, you can submit a claim to have your booking refunded.

To submit a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Claim:

    • Claims are handled directly by Cover Genius. You can submit your claim at https://www.xcover.com/en-us/claim

    • The Claims Centre will keep you updated on the claim status, communications, and payout details.

  2. What Happens Next:

    • Once Cover Genius approves your claim, they’ll refund you the full price of your booking (excluding the Booking Protection fee).

    • Easol will automatically cancel your booking as soon as we’re notified of the successful claim.
