I need to cancel my adventure activity, can I have a refund?

You can change the date or time of your activity, but bookings for adventure passes cannot be cancelled or refunded. We need to know bookings in advance so we can plan for the right number of instructors and mini-buses. If your adventure activity is cancelled due to adverse weather, you will have the option to transfer onto another activity, or receive a full refund.
