Anyone can take part in a trail race and we encourage you to do so at your own pace. You can choose to race, run, jog, or hike the 5km, 10km or 27km distances. All the trail races include a mixture of rough bridleways and footpaths, so you should be comfortable moving across this type of terrain. As with all running challenges of this nature, you’ll need to be sure you have the appropriate level of fitness to complete the distance you have chosen. For the Ultra-Trail Gower Peninsula®, or Multi-day Ultra Marathon, you should have trail running experience and be comfortable completing the distances.
