Love Trails only authorises one official platform to resell tickets.
We do this to ensure a secure and reliable resale process and avoid ticket touting so you won’t be scammed, sold a ticket at an inflated price or sold a fake one!
If you have a Love Trails Festival ticket that you no longer need, you can now log into your Love Trails Easol Account here and select which tickets you’d like to put up for resale.
Your ticket(s) will be listed as “Resale: Festival Ticket” and can then be purchased by someone else.
Once sold, you’ll receive back the ticket’s face value you paid (minus the booking fee).
You can keep track of your resale and see when it's sold in your account, and you’ll also receive an email notification to confirm when it has been resold and your refund will be processed.
The refund will take up to 14 days to reach your account, after the resale.
Please keep in mind:
Only the lead booker can resell tickets in a booking
This option is only valid for full paid Festival Tickets and not any tickets on a Payment Plan with any remaining balances unpaid. Your ticket must be fully paid before you can put your ticket(s) up for resale
The ticket will enter a queueing system and we do not guarantee that the ticket/s will be sold
We cannot guarantee tickets resold or purchased on other non-authorised reselling platforms will be valid for entry
You can only resell a festival ticket(s) and you cannot resell any extras (like a car park pass)
