We offer a free festival ticket for personal assistant (PA Ticket) to attend the festival with anyone with a disability. We are also happy to discuss any on site requirements that may be of use to you. To qualify for a PA ticket, we’ll ask you to provide relevant proof of documentation (like proof of DLA, PIP, your CredAbility or Assistance Dog ID Card) must be provided on entry. Personal assistant tickets must be purchased in addition to a festival ticket.
We operate on a case by case basis as we appreciate that everyone has different access requirements and we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time at Love Trails Festival.
Please fill in out accessibility request form, so we can understand how to support you. Please note, as of 23rd May, we can no longer issue Personal Assistant Tickets (unless you have already requested one). For additional accessibility help, due to the level of infrastructure planning required and the time remaining before the event, we might not be able to process any new requests that involve additional infrastructure after this date. That said, we will of course continue to do what we can to support within the setup we already have in place. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have a question or need help with something specific - we’ll always try our best!

Accessibility & the festival programme
Given the nature of the physical activities at Love Trails Festival powered by Garmin, please contact us in advance of booking a ticket if you have any questions or concerns about access, so we can talk through your requirements and make the best possible suggestions for you. Following the conversation on your requirements, we will then send over full details on accessibility support and provisions we can make for you.
Our adventure film programme sometimes includes subtitles, and in some cases, we may be able to offer a language signer for the talks & workshops programme. Please get in touch if this service would be useful to you.
Thank you to everyone who has shared feedback about the importance of having a BSL interpreter on site. Whilst we may not able to provide BSL coverage for the entire programme, we are committed to making the programme as accessible as possible, and are working to ensure that key parts of our talks and workshop programme are supported by BSL interpretation. We really appreciate the Deaf community’s understanding and patience as we continue to improve our accessibility offerings. If there are specific sessions you’re most interested in, we’ll do our best to prioritise where we can.
Accessibility & moving around the festival site
Love Trails Festival powered by Garmin is situated on a working farm, and covers several large grass fields, connected by road, and woodland walkways. The main festival takes place in one large grass field, which is mostly flat and accessible in dry weather. During wet weather, there may be mud and wet ground and we can’t guarantee easy access for a wheelchair or electric chair, but we can support where required. In the event of wet weather, we may install trackway around some parts of the site. Whilst we will do our absolute best to keep everyone moving around the festival, please be aware that this is an open air festival in a grassy field and we cannot guarantee the ground conditions. Please get in touch with us if you would like discuss accessibility around the site, so we can better support you.
If you have any specific access requirements (such as BSL), please email us at hello@lovetrails.com and a member of our team will be able to make sure we can support you.
