We understand booking fees can be confusing, and we want to be as transparent as possible. The booking fee amount is always displayed during the checkout (you can see this on our booking page here when you buy your tickets), and again on the check-out page when confirming your booking.

We add a 7.5% booking fee to our ticket prices, which is in line with the typical 8%-10% for UK festivals. Booking fees on extras like adventure activities is less. This fee helps cover secure card processing, our Easol booking platform, and year-round customer support.

New for 2025, we are also committing to giving 1% towards our 'Love Trails Community Fund', which supports local projects and initiatives in Wales.
