If you decide to resign (including in case of voluntary redundancy) and leave your employment during the term of the scheme, you have a few options available to you, and these should be discussed with your employer:
The first option could be to novate the contract to another employee if your employer approves this option; or
The second option would be to work with us to transfer the lease agreement to your new employer (if applicable).
If neither of these options are feasible, don’t worry, if you are more than 3 months into the scheme then you can return the car to the leasing company, and your employer will only be liable to pay to us one month’s gross rent as an administration charge, provided that the conditions for early termination protection are met.
Please note that your employer has the right to deduct sums equivalent to the administration charges from your salary in accordance with the terms of this Handbook.
