There may be restrictions on the car you can choose based on your age (this is determined by insurance requirements).
You may choose a 24 month or 36 month term to have the car, and for annual mileage to be between 5,000 and 30,000 miles. Please carefully consider the most appropriate mileage, taking into account your personal and business driving.
You should regularly review the mileage used during the term. Where your mileage exceeds the annual allowance, charges will apply as per the Driver Order Form. We may also offer you a review of your contracted mileage, if it is likely you will exceed your annual mileage allowance. This offer will be based on prevailing mileage rates, not the rates offered when you initially took the car.
Excess mileage charges will be deducted from your net pay (which means there will be no tax savings on these charges). This means it is important to be realistic with your mileage estimation.
If you wish to use a personalised number plate on the car, please let us know as soon as possible (ideally when your car is on order). If there are any associated charges involved in assigning your number plate, you will be responsible for these.
Please ensure your personalised number plate is removed before the car is returned. If this is not done in time, you may lose ownership of the plates.
