Early termination protection

Subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Handbook, early termination protection is afforded by us to your employer pursuant to which we can reimburse your employer for the early termination charges (which however do not include any arrears, interest on arrears, excess wear and tear charges and excess mileage charges) levied by the leasing company if you return the vehicle before the leasing agreement between the leasing company and your employer has expired. Accordingly, where your employer benefits from early termination protection, your employer may not recoup the early termination charges from you under the employment contract addendum.
