Parental Leave Protection

Subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Handbook, parental leave protection is afforded by us to your employer pursuant to which we can reimburse your employer for up to a maximum of 12 months of rental charges if your salary falls below the minimum wage due to being on Parental Leave, provided that the conditions for parental leave protection we offer to your employer are met. Accordingly, where your employer benefits from parental leave protection, you may not have to return the vehicle for a period of 12 months.
