The car delivery agent will run through a handover of the car with you, and show you how to use its key functions. Please ask the delivery agent if you have any questions, or feel free to ask us at any time.
You will be asked to confirm in writing that you are happy with the condition of the car. Please look around the outside and inside of the car to ensure it is as you ordered, and there are no visible issues. You are responsible for identifying any such issues at the time. If you are having problems with a delivery agent, please feel free to contact us and we will help you resolve the matter.
Please read through the car manufacturer’s handbook to become familiar with the car and appropriate contact details, in case these are required during the term.
