When you need to book your car in for a service, maintenance work or repair, please do so promptly and please follow the instructions at the beginning of this Driver Handbook, as you will need to use a dealer that is part of the leasing company’s preferred dealer network. Please ensure the garage obtains approval from the leasing company before completing the work. The garage will invoice the leasing company directly.

You should service the car at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer (detailed in your car handbook which you will receive with your vehicle delivery) and make sure a service record is completed on each such occasion. If you fail to follow this process, this could affect the condition of the car, and your employer may also undertake disciplinary action against you.

Please ensure your car fluid levels are checked and topped up regularly. The costs of topping up is not included within the scheme.
