Please ensure your tyres are always kept in good condition, for your safety and the safety of others. Please check your tyres on a weekly basis. If they have a tread of 2mm or less, you should arrange to have them changed (the legal limit is 1.6mm).

Replacements due to wear and tear are covered by the scheme. Please contact the Driver Line to arrange to book this in. Our tyre partner will then contact you to arrange for them to be repaired/replaced. Or you can contact Kwik Fit directly to arrange the repair.

You are covered for tyre damage as a result of fair wear and tear (including puncture damage which is not the result of a traffic accident).

The scheme does not cover:

❌ Premature tyre change requests

❌ Replacement tyres as a result of theft or vandalism

❌ Replacement tyres required as a result of a traffic accident (i.e. where there is further damage to the vehicle)

❌ Accidental damage such as a puncture caused by hitting a kerb

The scheme does include:

✅ Vehicle Service Management customer support line

✅ Mobile tyre fitting service (8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 8.30am - 12.30pm Saturday)

✅ Replacement at tread depth of 2mm (legal limit 1.6mm)

✅ Fair wear and tear on tyres

Where you require a spare wheel to be fitted due to a puncture, please contact the leasing company and select the ‘breakdown option’, and our road assistance partner will organise this for you. Or you can contact The AA directly.
