All fines will be sent directly to the vehicle leasing partner, as they are the registered keeper of the car. Our vehicle leasing partner may pay some minor fines, and these will be recharged to your employer (plus an admin fee). Your employer will then deduct these from your net salary.
Other fines will be transferred to you by our vehicle leasing partner for you to pay the fine (e.g. speeding fines). You may contest any fines you receive, however it is your responsibility to contact the relevant authorities and to follow their procedures.
We shall be entitled to pass your details onto third parties who contact us regarding the use of the vehicle in relation to accidents, offences, fines, penalties, charges and tolls.
