Introduction

Loyoly’s checkout extensions are designed to give more visibility to the rewards of your loyalty program.

Integrate each extension into the checkout process to offer customers a seamless experience and help them make the most of their points and rewards.

Available Extensions

Points Extension

Displaying potential loyalty points at the cart and checkout stages provides customers with an extra incentive to complete their purchase and explore the benefits of your loyalty program.

Both members and guests will see a banner showing the number of points they can earn by purchasing the products. Points are calculated based on the settings configured in Loyoly.

Reward Extension

By integrating reward redemption into the checkout process, customers are encouraged to redeem rewards more frequently, increasing their engagement and promoting repeat purchases.

If a customer reaches the checkout page as a guest, the extension will display a prompt to log in or create an account to join your loyalty program.

Once logged in, the page will show the available points and a dropdown menu where the customer can select the rewards they can redeem with their current balance, or the rewards they have already claimed.

After selecting a reward, Loyoly deducts the points from the customer’s balance and generates a discount code that is automatically applied to the order.

📝 Note: Users can only add rewards in the form of vouchers, discount codes, or free shipping. Product-based rewards must be added to the cart before completing the order.

How to Install the Extensions

  1. Go to your Loyoly back office, then navigate to Settings and Integrations

  2. From the Prestashop card, download the latest version of the module

  3. Import the module into your Prestashop store

  4. From the module configuration, activate the extensions

  5. Don’t forget to save!

Frequently Asked Questions

My customer redeemed points by mistake. What can I do?
If your customer redeemed points but did not complete the order using the discount, you can look them up in your Loyoly CRM and refund the points to their profile.

Can I add both extensions?
Yes, absolutely — both are even complementary.
