What integration does
The Loyoly × Omnisend integration allows you to:
Automatically synchronise your customers’ loyalty details (points, VIP tiers, referrals, etc.) with their Omnisend profiles
Trigger automated emails based on Loyoly events (completed tasks, rewards earned, referrals, etc.)
Before you begin
To set up the integration, you will need:
An active Loyoly account with access to integration settings
An active Omnisend account
How to connect Loyoly with Omnisend
The Omnisend integration uses the OAuth 2.0 protocol. No API key is required — you log in via direct authorisation from your Omnisend account.
From your Loyoly dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Omnisend
Click on Connect Omnisend
You will be redirected to the Omnisend authorisation page. Log in to your Omnisend account if necessary
Authorise Loyoly to access your Omnisend contacts and events by clicking on Authorise
You will be automatically redirected back to Loyoly once the connection has been established
Once logged in, Loyoly automatically starts synchronising your customers’ details and sending events to Omnisend.
Synchronised properties
The following properties are automatically synchronised across every contact profile in Omnisend. They can be accessed in your email templates using the syntax [[contact.Attribute_Name]].
Customer point balance : The customer's point balance that they can use right now.
Customer missions count : The number of missions they have completed.
Customer rewards count : Represents the total number of rewards the customer has claimed.
Customer referrals count : Indicates the number of referrals made by the customer.
Customer VIP tier name : The tier the customer is currently in. It only appears if the customer belongs to a tier. This variable is updated as soon as the customer changes tiers, whether according to the access method or if you modify the tier settings.
Phone number : Indicates the phone number provided by the customer on their account.
Customer birthdate : The customer's date of birth, typically used for awarding birthday rewards.
Date of last activity : Corresponds to the date the customer last interacted with the loyalty program or the store.
Wallet installed : Indicates whether the customer has downloaded and installed the loyalty card in their smartphone's digital wallet (true or false).
Loyalty opt-in date : The exact date the customer gave their consent (opt-in) to join the loyalty program.
