Introduction

Discover how to easily manage the users of your loyalty program. This article guides you through the use of sorting and filtering tools, allowing you to specifically classify and target your customers according to various criteria such as gender, age, missions performed, and much more.

Sort your users

To get started, you can sort the display (in ascending or descending order) by clicking on the little arrows at the top of each column.

Click on the Instagram logo to see the number of followers on other social networks.

Filter your users

You may also need to filter your customers, so that you only see profiles that meet certain criteria (to send them a product test or notify them of a new mission, for example).

Click on the Filters button in the top right-hand corner.

A window will automatically open on the right-hand side of your screen, with all the filters at your disposal.

Eight filters to choose from

  • Gender : Are you looking for male users only? Or female users?

  • Age: Select the desired age range. You can select more than one.

  • Missions: Here, specify a minimum (or maximum) number of missions the user must have completed for you. Then click on "Validate".

  • Content: Here, enter the minimum (or maximum) quantity of content the customer must have created for you (stories, posts, Reels, TikTok, photos, videos...). Then click on "Validate".

  • Followers: Select the minimum (or maximum) number of followers required for each user, on Instagram or Twitter. Don't forget to click on "Validate".

  • Social media: Should they be present on Instagram, Twitter, or both?

  • Engagement rate: Enter a minimum (or maximum) average engagement rate required on their Instagram or Twitter posts. Then click on "Validate".

  • Listings : Are they part of a list already created? If so, check the corresponding list(s) in the drop-down menu.

To edit a filter, click once more on the "Filters" button in the top right-hand corner and adjust the desired value.

To delete a filter, simply click on the blue cross to the right of its label.
