Using a CSV or XLSX file is the default method for importing data into LPagery, allowing you to efficiently create and manage multiple pages. Here's how to use a spreadsheet file for your data source.

Step 1: Create a Source File

To get started, you'll need to create a source file with the data you want to use for generating pages. You can use any spreadsheet program such as Google Sheets, Excel, or similar.

  • Make sure the first row contains your placeholders (e.g., service, city).

  • Each subsequent row will include the data for one page.

For detailed instructions on creating a source file, refer to our main source file creation guide.

Step 2: Download the File as XLSX (Preferred) or CSV

Once you've entered your data, download the file:

  • XLSX (Preferred): This is the preferred format as it's more robust and less prone to formatting issues.

  • CSV: CSV files are also supported, though they may encounter issues with special characters or formatting in some cases.

Step 3: Upload and Create Pages

After you've prepared and downloaded your source file:

  1. Go to the LPagery dashboard in WordPress.

  2. Select CSV/XLSX as your input type.

  3. Upload the file you created.

Then create the pages like with any other input format. Learn more here: Review and create pages ->
