In the final step of generating pages with LPagery, you will be able to review all the pages that will be created and ensure that everything is set up correctly. Here's a breakdown of the process and how to handle any issues that might arise.

Review Pages

In the Confirm Creation screen, each row represents one page that LPagery will generate based on your data. You will see columns displaying key information, such as:

  • service

  • city

Each row gives you a clear view of the values that will be used on each page. This lets you verify that the data is correct before proceeding.

Automatic Check for Issues

LPagery runs an automatic check to detect any potential problems before creating pages. This ensures that the generated pages will work correctly and helps you address any issues upfront. Possible warnings include:

  1. No Issues Detected: This means you can just go ahead and create the pages.

  2. Duplicate Slugs: This warning appears if two or more pages are about to be created with the same slug. This can cause problems since WordPress does not allow duplicate slugs.

  3. Existing Pages: LPagery will alert you if you are about to create a page with a slug that already exists in your WordPress site.

  4. Other Errors: There may be other types of warnings, such as issues with missing data or unsupported characters.

Preview Mode

If you want to review how the generated pages will look before creating all of them, you can enable Preview Mode. This mode will create only the first page, allowing you to inspect the output without generating every page.

  • Toggle the Preview Mode option if you want to create just one page.

  • Otherwise, leave this off to generate all pages.

Final Confirmation

After reviewing the pages and resolving any warnings, click the button that says Create X Amount of Pages (where X is the number of pages LPagery will generate).

You will be prompted to confirm one last time before LPagery starts creating the pages.

Page Creation Process

Once you confirm, you will see a modal displaying the progress of the page creation process. The modal shows the number of pages that have been:

  1. Created: Pages that were successfully generated and added to WordPress.

  2. Updated: Pages that were already existing and were updated with new data.

  3. Ignored: Pages that were skipped, possibly due to issues like duplicate slugs or existing pages (depending on your settings).

Cancel page creation:

You can always cancel the creation process. In this case the already created pages will be NOT deleted. Only the remaining pages will not be created/updated.

To delete already created pages go this article: Delete created pages ->

The progress bar will update in real-time, giving you a clear view of how many pages have been processed.

Once the process is finished, you will get this modal where you can jump directly to the created pages:
