If you encounter the error message:

"Failed to insert process" when creating pages with LPagery, it usually means that the plugin’s database tables were not created correctly during activation.

How to Fix It

1. Repair the Database Schema

Navigate to:

Settings → Database Maintenance → Repair Database Schema

This will attempt to create or fix any missing or broken LPagery database tables.

2. Reset LPagery (if Repair Doesn’t Work)

If the issue persists, you can try a full reset of LPagery:

Settings → Danger Zone → Reset All Data

This will reset and re-initialize the plugin, allowing it to recreate its database structure from scratch. ⚠️ Warning: This will delete all LPagery-related data.

Still Not Working?

If you’ve tried both options and the error still appears:

  • Ask your hosting provider for recent server error logs

  • Email the logs and a short description of your issue to support@lpagery.io

We’ll be happy to help you further.
