What are they?

Our 1:1 Peer Intros program is a great way to expand and deepen your professional network and meet other L Suite members. We use your info and availability to match you and another member in your community.

You’ll get a calendar invite based on both of your availabilities for a 30 minute virtual chat with your match.

How often do they happen?

Currently our 1:1s run on a monthly basis, but we’re open to feedback on how often we should be running these. Let us know at support@lsuite.co

How do I sign up?

Keep an eye out for our next round of emails from support@lsuite.co (typically sent in the beginning of each month to opt in) or sign into our matching platform here (please note, if you're a new member you may have to wait until the next round of 1:1s in order to log in).

To get matched to a peer, simply click "I'm In!" in that email and be sure to update your matching preferences based on what characteristics you wish to be matched on. Once you've been matched, you'll be given a scheduling link to find a time that works for both of you. We'll also send you both a calendar invite according to your availability with additional details and some suggested discussion topics (just in case!).

Should you have any trouble locating this email invite (it will look like the below), reach out to support@lsuite.co.

How are members matched?

We rotate some of the questions every quarter or so. But when opting-in to our 1:1 program you can power rank the questions by which are most important to you.

Usually we ask questions around: company stage, industry, team size, and we rotate a number of other questions in order to diversify the matches.

What do I do if I can’t make the 1:1?

We understand life happens, and unexpected emergencies can occur. You will have links to both cancel or re-schedule the call on your invites if needed. **Everyone’s time is very valuable, so please reach out to your match and let them know that you won’t be able to make it.

Here's some recent feedback from our members:

"My match and I clicked immediately and we really enjoyed swapping stories. I actually think we will continue to stay in touch with each other, even after this half-hour introduction, because we had so much in common."

"[My match] and I shared a lot of the same challenges, so [we were] able to talk about managing a team, our industry, how to work effectively with our respective CEO's, etc. - great fit."
