Have you experienced problems receiving any of our email notifications to your main inbox?

If so, it may have been mistakenly filtered out of your inbox and into a spam or junk folder. This may be because of your IT department or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking the email, mistaking it as spam. To ensure that you receive all of our email communications, event invites and updates please contact your IT department or ISP and ask them to put “” and "" on your "whitelist", "safe" or permitted email sender list.

What is a "Whitelist" or "Safe Senders List"?

Adding our sending domain (“” and "") to your list of accepted email senders (often referred to as a "whitelist", "safe list", or "list of privileged senders") will ensure that you receive our notifications successfully.

How to add” and "" to your "Safe Senders" or "Whitelist"

There are a number of different spam programs on the market, and email clients or services such as MS Outlook, AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail each have specific instructions (see below) for adding senders to your whitelist. We have included instructions for some of the more popular email clients below:

MS Outlook:

  1. Select Actions, Junk E-mail, Junk E-mail Options... from the menu in Outlook.

  2. Go to the Safe Senders tab.

  3. Click Add....

  4. Type “” and ""

  5. Click "OK".

  6. Click "OK" again.

  1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN Mail account.

  2. Click on "Options."

  3. Click "Junk Mail Protection".

  4. Click on "Safe List."

  5. In the box provided type in “” and ""

  6. Click the "Add" button.

  7. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click on the "OK" button.

If you see an email from “” or "" in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having these notification e-mails sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.

  1. Login to your Gmail account.

  2. At the top RIGHT SIDE, click the link that says SETTINGS.

  3. At the top of the screen that says MAIL SETTINGS, click the link that says FILTERS (second from left).

  4. On the FILTERS screen, click the tab that says Create a New Filter tab.

  5. In the FROM field on the CREATE A FILTER screen, type “” and "" and change NO other settings on this screen.

  6. Click the button that says NEXT STEP.

  7. Check the box that says STAR IT.

  8. Click the button that says CREATE FILTER.

Yahoo! Mail

To create a filter that sends email from The L Suite straight to your Inbox:

  1. Login to Yahoo! Mail.

  2. Click on "Mail Options" (on the right hand side of your screen).

  3. Click on "Filters" (on left hand side of screen)

  4. Click "Add" button.

  5. Assign a name for this filter: "L Suite Notifications", for example.

  6. Underneath the heading "if all of the following rules are true..." go to the top row labeled "FROM header." Next to this you will see a drop down menu. Make sure to select "contains", then simply type in “” and "" into the box provided.

  7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:", select "Inbox" from the drop-down menu.

  8. Click the "Add Filter" button at the bottom to add this filter.
