To begin shipping Domestic Offshore (Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii), start by entering your discounts by location in the Discount Tile on the Locations page:

1. The first step is to open LTL Select and click on the Main Menu on the upper left.

2. Click Locations.

3. Find the 'Pricing' tile. There is one for each market: Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

4. Click ‘Edit Pricing’ to open the 'Enter your custom list rates and discounts' modal.

5. Here, you can select the surcharge you want to apply a discount for by using the dropdown in the top left corner. You will have the option to input your applicable discounts, which may include fixed dollar amounts, percentage-based reductions, or modifications to standard list rates. Using your pricing agreement, input your discounts for appropriate lanes and hit save. Repeat this process for all lanes on the pricing agreement.

6. Once discounts are entered and saved, you will see them reflected on the tile in orange.

7. Now, go to either Quick Rate or Book Shipment to begin rating and/or booking.

8. When Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii is entered as the Origin or Destination for the shipment, full line item details are required for an accurate Quick rate.

9. You will be able to select your market-specific surcharges and accessorials after we have determined that your Origin or Destination is Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii.

10. An Expected Delivery Timeframe will be displayed to reflect the Ocean & Island portion of the move.

11. In the Rate Breakdown, discounts, surcharges, and the rate for each portion of the move will be displayed.

12. After your shipment has been booked, you will be able to receive tracking information on your Domestic Offshore shipment on the Dashboard or Shipment Details page including any errors or shipping delays.
