Luca offers a 14-day free trial during which you can add and process invoices for up to 2 clients. After the free trial, you will default to our base paid plan of 10 clients. You will be billed for new clients added beyond the minimum of 10 clients. This includes 100 processed invoices per client per month, with additional invoices billed at £0.25 or $0.31 each. If you would like to start with less than 10 clients that is also possible but you will be billed for at least 10 clients.

During the Organization creation process you are asked for your preferred billing currency (GBP or USD) which cannot be changed in future.
Your billing is adjusted automatically as you create clients beyond your current usage tier. Current usage levels can be seen in Organization Settings (for current client usage numbers) and from within Client Settings (for current invoice usage numbers per client).
Deleted clients will not lower your client usage tier during the current month, instead you will be able to create the same number of new clients as those that were deleted since you have already paid for this number of clients. At the start of each month, the number of active clients will dictate the usage tier for this month.
Managing Your Subscription
Visit "Billing" in your Organization settings (click the circle in the top right corner > Organization Settings > Scroll down to the bottom of the page) to view, change, or cancel your subscription.
