To claim your prize, it's required to first verify your account by confirming your identity. After your identification has been successfully verified, you will need to possess a minimum of 50 Redeemable SC to proceed with this process. If you do not possess a minimum of 50 Redeemable SC for redemption, you will be unable to proceed with this process.
Login to your Lucky Hands account
Select the Get Coins button at the top of your screen
Select the Redeem tab and select your redemption option: Debit Card or Online Banking
To redeem using your Debit Card, it is required that you first complete a purchase with that same Debit Card.
In this instance, we will utilize the Debit Card option; however, the procedure remains identical for Online Banking. Please follow the instructions by inputting your debit card details, selecting "+ Add Debit Card," and then choosing "Link Debit Card."
Please be advised, in order to redeem using your debit card, you must first make a purchase with that same debit card
We kindly request that you upload your Bank Statement, which will be subject to verification by our support team.
The Bank Statement must clearly display the following information:
Bank Name
Account Owner Name
Bank Account Number
Routing Number
Address
Upon uploading your Bank Statement, your redemption will enter the review phase. You are required to wait for a period of 12 to 24 business hours for our support team to assess your documents. You can check the status of your redemption by navigating to Profile > Account Verification.
If your Bank Statement document has been approved, you will find this information under Profile > Account Verification.
Once your redemption is approved, if you choose to redeem using the same Debit Card, you will NOT be required to submit an additional Bank Statement.
If you attempt to redeem your prize with another Debit Card or Online Banking account that has not been previously approved you will be subject to Bank Statement approval.
If your Bank Statement document has been denied, you can view the reason for the denial under your Profile in the Account Verification section. You will also have the option to resubmit your document. To do so, please select "Redeem now" and follow the same steps as before.
