What is the Clover Club?
Clover Club is the Lucky Hands loyalty program. Earn Clovers through eligible play to unlock higher tiers, bonuses, promotions, and other benefits.
How do I earn Clovers?
You earn Clovers by playing eligible Gold Coin (GC) and Sweeps Coin (SC) games.
What are Active Clovers?
Active Clovers are the Clovers earned during the current Clover Season. They determine your seasonal tier progress.
What is a Clover Season?
A Clover Season is the period when you earn Active Clovers toward your next tier.
When do Clover Seasons begin?
A new Clover Season begins twice each year: March 1 and September 1. Each Clover Season continues until the next one begins.
Do Active Clovers still drop off after 90 days?
No. Active Clovers no longer drop off on a rolling 90 day basis. Instead, your Active Clover count resets at the beginning of each new Clover Season.
What happens when a new Clover Season begins?
Your Active Clover count resets so you can begin earning toward the new season. Your earned tier status does not immediately reset. You keep it for the entire new Clover Season.
Where can I check my progress?
Your Clover Club dashboard displays your Active Clovers, current tier, and progress toward the next tier.

Are the Clover Club tiers changing?
No. The tiers and Clover requirements remain the same.

When does my new tier begin?
When you reach a tier higher than your current status, your new tier begins at midnight that night.
How long do I keep a tier?
You keep an earned tier for the rest of the Clover Season in which you earned it and for the entire next Clover Season.
Do I lose my tier when Active Clovers reset?
No. Your Active Clovers reset, but your retained tier status and its benefits continue through the new Clover Season.
What if I already have a higher retained status?
You continue receiving the benefits of your retained status while earning Active Clovers during the new season. If your Active Clover progress reaches a tier higher than your retained status, your status increases at midnight that night.
Can my tier decrease during a Clover Season?
An earned tier remains active for the rest of the season in which it was earned and the entire following season.

Depending on your tier, benefits may include a Daily Bonus, Birthday Bonus, Achievement Bonuses, Instant Redemptions, and invitations to tier specific promotions and programs. Benefits increase as your tier increases.

What is an Achievement Bonus?
An Achievement Bonus is an SC reward earned when your Active Clover progress reaches a new tier during a Clover Season.
Can I earn Achievement Bonuses again each season?
Yes. Achievement Bonuses can be earned again during every Clover Season.
What if my retained status is already higher?
You still earn each Achievement Bonus as your Active Clovers reach Gold, Platinum, Emerald, and the other tiers during the new season. For example, if you begin the season with Diamond status, you can still earn the Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond Achievement Bonuses again.
Which tier determines my Daily and Birthday Bonuses?
Your retained Clover Club status provides your ongoing tier benefits, including the Daily Bonus and Birthday Bonus. Your new seasonal Active Clover progress separately triggers Achievement Bonuses.
What is Instant Redemption?
Instant Redemption allows eligible redemption requests to be processed immediately, up to the limit available for your current Clover Club tier.

Does my Instant Redemption limit increase with my tier?
Yes. Your Instant Redemption limit increases as your Clover Club tier increases, up to 2,000 SC beginning at Diamond.
Are there tier specific promotions?
Yes. Gold through Diamond members may receive invitations to tier specific programs. Prestige and Elite members may receive access to exclusive invite only programs.

Lifetime Clovers track all the Clovers you have earned at Lucky Hands. Your Lifetime Clover total continues growing as you earn more Clovers.
Do Lifetime Clovers reset?
No. Lifetime Clovers do not reset when a new Clover Season begins.
What is the difference between Active Clovers and Lifetime Clovers?
Active Clovers track your progress during the current Clover Season and determine your seasonal tier progress. Lifetime Clovers track all the Clovers you have earned over time and never reset.
Do Lifetime Clovers determine my current tier?
Your current seasonal progress is based on Active Clovers. Lifetime Clovers track your overall Clover Club journey.
What are Lifetime Milestone Rewards?
Lifetime Milestone Rewards are special rewards connected to your Lifetime Clover total. More information about Lifetime Milestone Rewards is coming soon.
Where can I see my Lifetime Clovers?
Your Lifetime Clover total will be available through your Clover Club dashboard.
Do I need to do anything to start earning Lifetime Clovers?
No. Your Lifetime Clover total grows automatically as you earn Clovers through eligible activity.
