Gold Coins may not be purchased in the states of Idaho, Indiana, Maine, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Delaware, New York, Washington, and Nevada. Any purchases of Gold Coins made from those states will be voided and refunded, minus an administrative fee of up to 10% of the total purchases, in addition to any charges that may be levied by the bank or financial institution managing the reversal.
