How do I close my account?

Before you make the decision to close your account, you should first determine the reason for doing so. This will allow you to handle the situation in the appropriate manner.

If you want to keep the ability to reactivate your account at a later time and the reason for the permanent closure is not related to gameplay, you can send an email to the following address: tony@luckybird.io to request that your account be closed permanently.

Please be careful as closing your Customer Account will restrict your access to it, as well as your ability to use, enjoy, or benefit from any Gold Coins, Sweepstakes Cash, or unredeemed Prizes that are linked with it.
