First things first, before you do anything else, double-check that the offer you bought actually includes free Sweepstakes Cash. Some of our deals, like the $30 GC only one, are Gold Coins only.

Please get in touch with us if you have purchased another deal but have not received your complimentary Sweepstakes Cash.

Please collect the following information before proceeding; it will aid us in making the correct purchase as soon as possible.

  • Purchase balance

  • Date of Purchase

  • Transaction ID (Transaction hash)

You will find the details of the purchase in your menu, Transactions, Buy

If it's not credited, you won't find the purchase details.

You can check your purchase amount and the credited total amount.
