Chat rules.

The following is a list of the official chat rules that have been established by Luckybird.io and are applicable to the talk that takes place on the site. In addition to that, these guidelines apply everywhere, including everything. You accept and agree to adhere by the following regulations when you use any form of communication on the platform that Luckybird.io provides, which are as follows:

1. Do not send spam, harass or offend other users. In addition, avoid using capital letters.

Harassment and bullying, in this case cyberbullying, transmit the wrong message about you, whether it be that you are a racist, chauvinist, sexist, or just an uninformed individual in general. Reduce using the profanities to a minimum. Maintain a cheerful and sociable demeanor so that your presence in the chat room is anticipated by everyone. Make friends, not foes. *An additional point to mention is that females also enjoy playing here, so let's let them feel more like queens than objects.

2. Do not beg or ask for loans, rain, tips or doubled coins.

Fundraising requests are a leading cause of muted users. Take advantage of our helpful admins, moderators, community managers, and support staff by making a deposit, claiming a Reload, or receiving a piece of advice at random. If you bet and converse in a positive manner, rain-bot will give you an award. To double your money, you'd let picked out a player and have them play for you while returning your winnings. You risk getting muted if anyone from support, moderators, or community managers finds out about this. We reserve the right to mute users who are just present to collect rain if we find that they are engaging in passive begging for money, especially in the wake of the introduction of rain bots. The duty is on management to evaluate the present state of passive begging and take appropriate action. Be careful not to come out as passively begging by pasting your deposit/withdrawal address into chat. Do not express gratitude to the rain bot either; it is emotionless. Neither the rain bot nor the lack of rain should be a source of complaint. Passive begging also includes tipping those who are actively betting/in the middle of the game/on the HRs tab in the hopes of getting a larger tip in return.

3. Do not behave suspiciously, it can be regarded as a potential fraud.

The addition of users to groups on the aforementioned platforms is also prohibited, as is inviting users for correspondence to third-party messengers (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.). Any and all player contact and identity information must remain confidential. Attempts at disguise will not be tolerated!! Abuse and suspicious activities with the potential to scam/misguide others, such as using variants of usernames belonging to well-known people and/or changing one letter or number to create a distraction, will result in the accounts in question being permanently muted. The terms of service prevent discussing or promoting any service like a virtual private network (VPN) or other technique for circumventing our normality for restricted areas.

4. Do not engage in any form of advertising/transaction/sale/purchase or provision of services.

Accounts who were actually traded are permanently muted. - Only wagers on Luckybird are accepted. Do not submit links promoting items of any sort, because our site does not promote this type of activity. Even if your affiliate link is hosted on the Luckybird platform, it is not allowed to be used. Any promotion of competing gaming sites will result in a ban. Don't give out your bonus codes or any other offers, even if they're from Luckybird. Additionally, if we discover that you are using a purchased account, that account will be muted permanently.

5. Do not use URL abbreviations. Always submit real links.

Post the entire URL, not a truncated one, if you want to share something with your chat buddies. Do not share referral URLs in the conversation. Don't broadcast your Telegram and/or Kick Bonus Drop and Coupon codes in a group chat. Please refrain from posting external links in the discussion, as we are a Luckybird.io platform. Modifying the name of the site is still viewed as a breach, so don't play clever.

6. No politics & no religion talk in chat, this one is strictly forbidden

Avoid discussing religion here on Luckybird.io, as we don't differentiate between faiths and treat them all equally. Political discussion has no place at Luckybird.io.

7. Don't use multiple accounts in chat.

Using an alternative account ("alts") in order to take advantage of a ban on your primary one is not allowed in chat. Only one chat account per person is allowed, and switching between them is not allowed. We reserve the right to mute both of your chat accounts if we discover that you are using another account.

8. Chatting in English only

Luckybird welcomes people from diverse backgrounds, and we appreciate different languages and cultures. However, it is important to communicate in English in the English chat, regardless of whether it is broken or fluent English. Please keep this rule in mind to avoid being muted.

All decisions made by Luckybird administrators, moderators, and support staff are final.

It makes no difference if the person is brand new, a seasoned pro, or someone you simply dislike. The goal of the moderators is to keep the chat under control. If a moderator or member of the Luckybird staff tells you that you shouldn't do something, you ought to listen immediately. Not a single doubt. If you disagreed with their request, you ought to ask another mod or an admin look into it. If you don't follow the rules, you'll be kicked out.

If you are muted, send an email to tony@luckybird.io explaining why you believe you should not be, naming the person who muted you, and the admin will look into your case as soon as they are able (usually between 24 to 48 hours). Please do not send duplicate emails to that address; doing so will not speed up the process and is therefore appreciated.

In order to avoid bringing misery and negativity upon yourself and everyone around you, please follow this regulation.
