1. What is the HeroCode?
The HeroCode is a unique QR code linked to your LuggageHero location.
It enables customers to instantly make a booking or check in for luggage storage by scanning it with their phone.
This system allows your location to handle walk-in bookings easily while ensuring each transaction is securely processed through LuggageHero.
2. Where to find your HeroCode
You can locate your personal HeroCode directly from your dashboard:
Dashboard → Your Storage Locations → HeroCode
Once downloaded, print and display it somewhere visible at your location — ideally near your entrance or counter.
A visible HeroCode increases walk-in conversions and reduces staff manual handling time.

4. HeroCode and reduced service fees
Bookings made through your HeroCode qualify for reduced commission and service fees, as they are classified as self-acquired bookings.
This rewards you for bringing in customers directly through your own marketing or foot traffic.
When a traveler scans your HeroCode without an existing booking, they’ll be prompted to create one instantly via the LuggageHero system, ensuring full coverage, accurate reporting, and payout tracking.
5. HeroCode and Google My Business integration
Partners who actively use their HeroCode are eligible for a LuggageHero-managed Google Business Profile, improving your location’s visibility and attracting more local customers.

6. Walk-in pricing
Customers who book directly through your HeroCode (walk-in bookings) may see slightly different rates than those booking online in advance.
