How settlement works
A bet settles once the result of its market is official. Your bet is marked Won, Lost, or Void, and winnings are credited to your balance automatically. Match markets settle within minutes of the result; some player and session markets settle once official scorecards confirm.
Void bets — your stake comes back
A void bet is treated as if it never happened: stake returned in full (settled at odds 1.00). Common reasons:
Match abandoned or cancelled with no result (washouts, forfeits).
Player didn't play — Top Batsman or player-run bets on someone left out of the XI are voided, not lost.
Market error — if a market was offered with clearly wrong settings, it may be voided per the betting rules.
Postponement beyond the allowed window (typically 48 hours).
Rain and DLS — the big one
When rain shortens a match, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method sets a revised target, and the official DLS result is what bets settle on.
Match Winner settles on the official result, even if decided by DLS.
Line markets (total runs, player runs) may settle or void depending on how many overs were bowled — each market's rules state its minimum-overs requirement.
If no result is possible, Match Winner bets void and stakes return.
Rain-affected settlement generates more questions than anything else in cricket betting. If you're unsure why a bet settled the way it did, message support with the bet ID — we'll walk you through the exact calculation.
Think a bet settled wrongly?
It's rare, but it happens — official scorecards occasionally correct. Contact support with the bet ID; if the settlement was wrong, we correct it and pay the difference.
