Where to find offers
All live promotions sit in the Promotions tab of the app. Big-match specials (IPL, India series) also appear as banners on the home screen. We announce new offers by notification — worth keeping them on during the season.
How to claim
Open the promotion and read the offer card — it shows the reward, wagering requirement, minimum odds, and expiry up front.
Tap Opt In. Some deposit offers also need a promo code at the deposit screen — the offer says so if it does.
Complete the qualifying action (deposit, bet, or both).
The reward lands in your bonus balance automatically — usually instantly, and at most within a few hours.
Didn't receive a bonus?
Check you opted in before making the qualifying deposit or bet — most offers can't be applied retroactively.
Check the qualifying conditions: minimum deposit, minimum odds, or specific matches.
Still missing? Contact support with the promotion name — if you qualified, we'll credit it manually.
One at a time
One welcome bonus per customer — and that means per account, household, IP address, and payment method. Beyond that, one active promotion of the same type at a time unless an offer says otherwise. Full details live in each offer's terms.
