How often should I be using Lumenate?

There isn’t an ‘optimum’ frequency for using Lumenate, and it very much depends on the value that you’re looking to get from the app.

There are situations where it might make sense to do it daily. For example:

  • Building a consistent practice such as daily gratitude

  • Proactively managing stress by scheduling time to detach from everyday life and relax

  • Incorporating Lumenate into your night time routine

There are also situations where it might make sense to do it when you are facing a specific feeling or challenge. For example:

  • Exploring a certain problem that you are facing, from a new perspective

  • Relaxing the body and mind if you are experiencing feelings of stress

  • Getting to sleep if you are particularly struggling on a given evening

There’s isn’t a maximum or minimum amount that you should be using Lumenate. We recommend that you experiment with the daily ways of incorporating Lumenate into your life as well as the situational ways. This will allow you to explore the breadth of value that Lumenate can bring to your life.
