All of our products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. All Lumi products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you have received a Lumi item that you suspect has a defect, please let us know by sending us a note to bark@lumipawtners.com. We will review claims of the product purchased from an Authorized Dealer or through discoverlumi.com.
Approved claims will be issued a replacement part or product (if applicable). Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:
Improper use or misuse of the product
Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
