The old Receipts tab has been retired. The records it used to hold now live in the reports under Insights › Standard Reports.
What the Receipts tab contained
Legacy payouts — payouts issued to your school before the current payout reporting began. Student collections payments — payments from students whose balances were moved to collections.
Where to find that data now
Go to Insights › Standard Reports. Use the Payouts report for settlement payout history (normalized across Payabli and Finix, including older deposits) and the Payment Activity report to review payments, refunds, ACH returns, and chargebacks in one normalized table.
If you're looking for a specific historical collections payment and can't locate it in these reports, contact your Success Manager.
