Common issues and fixes
How it Works
Provision in Entra
You create an employee email in Entra
Entra creates a LumiQ organization membership for that email
Employee claims the LumiQ membership
The employee signs in to LumiQ using that email
This first sign in creates the LumiQ user profile and links it to the org membership
Create users in LCVista
In LCVista, you create a user for each employee
Assign each LCVista user to the LumiQ catalog in LCVista
Daily mapping job
Once each morning, LumiQ runs an LCVista sync
The sync looks for newly created LCVista users
For each new LCVista user, LumiQ searches for a matching LumiQ org member by email
If emails match, LumiQ maps the LumiQ member to the LCVista user for compliance tracking
