If you are looking to view or download your CPD certificates from a previous year, select the Year Dropdown to the right of Overview and select the year you would like to view.

LumiQ keeps your certifications for up to 7 years of LumiQ & external hours, so you don’t have to worry while still meeting auditory requirements.

To add external hours, select + Add Hours located at the top right of the screen.

You can track your external CPD hours using LumiQ. We will add your hours towards your yearly goal tracker so that you don’t need to worry.

We store all certificates for seven years to meet audit requirements.

You can download all of your CPD documentation with a single click of a button.

There are three ways to download your CPD Documentation for your records or if you are audited and asked to present them.

Under “Rolling Year”, you will see your listening information as a 3-year rolling average.

To download your CPD Documentation for those three years, simply select “Download CPD Documentation” This will generate a ZIP file with all certifications along with a pdf summary of all completed episodes.

The certificates

Changing the Year Dropdown within Overview will change the certificates displayed under the Certificates section.

To download the entire year, select:

⋮ > Download Certificates

Under Certificates, you will see a list of all LumiQ certificates you have earned within that specific year.

LumiQ:

Select "Download" to download the episode you want

External CPD Certificate:

Besides that specific episode, select ⋮ > Download Certificates.
