Web Browser Isn’t Loading Properly/Content Isn’t Displaying

If you are using LumiQ on a browser with a VPN enabled, you may experience playback difficulties.

To fix this issue, you have a few options:

  1. Turn off your VPN and reload the page.

  2. If you need to use LumiQ on a work computer with a VPN, you can request your IT department to whitelist LumiQ to allow full access to your computer.

  3. We recommend downloading the LumiQ mobile app, available on Android and iOS. With the app, you can listen to LumiQ podcasts on the go and even download episodes for offline listening.
