Login methods are configured per client. There are 3 methods for logging into Lumonic today:
1. Magic Link
2. Password
3. Azure SSO (enabled at client request only)
By default, we enable Magic Link OR Password:
*optionally, we can also require MFA in addition to the above methods. Please reach out to your account manager to enable.
First Time Logging in
At first login, you'll be prompted to add your name before being granted immediate access. Password setup does not happen on this first login.
On your second login, Lumonic will give you the option to setup a password OR use Magic Link. Enter your email address to start:
Clicking Setup Password will send you an email to the setup flow
After accepting the link in that email, you can create a password and then login:
Magic Link
For those that have trouble managing passwords, magic link provides an easy option. Clicking magic link sends an email to your account with a secure link. Click that link to login skipping the need for a password.
