To update how frequently you receive notifications about items due on Lumonic you can:
Login to Lumonic
Click the Notifications bell in the lower left
Slide the toggle on/off if you want to receive or do not want to receive notifications
Select frequency:
Real Time: immediately as triggered
Daily Digest: Roll all notifications into one daily email
