How Ask Lumos Works
Ask Lumos is powered by advanced large language models fine-tuned for gaming data. It combines Gameopedia’s proprietary taxonomy and player insights with cutting-edge AI to deliver precise, meaningful answers to your questions.
It has two main functions:
Search Function: Finds games that match your natural-language queries.
Example: “Games similar to Stardew Valley with co-op.”Analysis Function: Reads internal data to explain why a game performs the way it does.

You’ll notice small Ask Lumos buttons across several pages in Lumos — such as Game Breakdown, Player–Game Fit, and Feature Breakdown.
These buttons let you instantly ask questions about the data or insights you’re currently viewing.
