Navigating to Workspace Home
To access your saved research, click the Workspaces icon (the folder symbol) located in the left-hand navigation menu.
Your Workspace Home acts as your central hub. Here, you can view all of your existing workspaces as cards, which display:
The workspace name
Total item counts (games, features, segments)
Automatically generated cover art
When you last visited the space
From this dashboard, you can easily click + New workspace to create a fresh space or switch which of your workspaces is currently set as Active.
Save as You Browse
You don't need to be inside a workspace to add to it. As you explore Lumos, you can save items directly to your Active workspace with a single click.
Look for the Add to workspace button at the top of the screen when viewing:
Game Pages: Save specific titles to monitor their performance over time.
Feature Pages: Track specific mechanics, genres, or themes.
Market Research Segments: Save your complex, filtered segment setups so you don't have to rebuild them later.
Note: Anything you save will automatically drop into the workspace currently marked as "Active" on your Workspace Home page.
Your Workspace Briefing (Detail View)
When you open a workspace, Lumos automatically generates a personalized briefing. This dashboard instantly shows you exactly what has changed across your saved items since your last visit.
Your briefing includes:
Key Insights: The most important signals, anomalies, and trends across your saved items, surfaced automatically at the top of the page.
Tracked Games: A breakdown of your saved titles showing players, estimated revenue, wishlists, and sentiment, complete with trend sparklines and percentage deltas.
Tracked Features: See how your saved mechanics or themes are performing by rank, number of games, players, and copies sold.
Saved Segments: A quick-access list of your saved market-research setups.
Recent News: A curated feed of the latest news and updates specifically for your tracked games.
Customizing Your View
Time Filters: Use the toggle at the top right to adjust your data window. Choose between: Since last visit, 30d, 60d, 3m, 6m, or 1y.
Export: Need to share your findings? Use the Export button to download your workspace data as a spreadsheet (CSV) or generate a shareable report.
Seamlessly Transition to Deep Analysis
Your workspace isn't just a static report; it is an active starting point for further exploration. From the Workspace Detail page, you can open any of your saved games, features, or segments directly in the full analytical suite.
By clicking the Open in market research button for tracked games, or the Open segment button for tracked features and saved segments, Lumos will automatically load the tool. This allows you to seamlessly transition straight into deep exploration without ever needing to rebuild your setup.
