Some details can be changed directly from your profile, while others require a quick assist from our Support Team to ensure account security:
Phone Number: Phone number changes are subject to a manual security review by our Support team and are not guaranteed.
For account safety and integrity reasons, phone numbers cannot be updated automatically or on demand. If a change is requested, our Support team will review the case and determine whether any action can be taken.
Email Address: Updating your email requires contacting our Support Team. A human agent will verify your identity and manually process the change — this cannot be completed automatically.
Password: You can only change your password if you created your account using the Continue with Email method.
If that's you, here's how to update it:Log in to the Lobby.
Go to Menu → Account → Change Password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Click Change Password to confirm.
Name: You can update your name directly from your account settings.
Log in to the Lobby.
Go to Account → My Profile.
Edit your name and save the changes.
Date of Birth: To update your date of birth, please contact our Support Team and share your correct date of birth — a human agent will take care of the update for you.
For Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-ups, your login is managed through those providers and there's no Lunaland password to change.
