Some details can be changed directly from your profile, while others require a quick assist from our Support Team to ensure account security:
Phone Number: For your security and account integrity, phone number changes must be handled by our Support Team. Just send us a message and we’ll take care of it.
Email Address: Updating your email also requires contacting Support. We’ll guide you through a quick verification process to confirm the change.
Password: You can only change your password if you created your account using the Continue with Email method.
If that’s you, here’s how to update it:Log in to the Lobby.
Go to Menu → Account → Change Password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Click Change Password to confirm.
For Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-ups, your login is managed through those providers and there’s no Lunaland password to change.
