If youāve submitted a redemption but changed your mind, reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible. Once a redemption has been approved and transmitted to your card, it cannot be reversed or stopped.
To request a cancellation:
Contact Support directly through the in-app help menu or via email
If the request is still pending, weāll cancel it and return the SC to your account
