If youâve submitted a redemption but changed your mind, reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible. Once a redemption has been approved and transmitted to your card, it cannot be reversed or stopped.
To request a cancellation:
Contact Support directly through the in-app help menu or via email
Include your User ID and the amount of the redemption youâd like to cancel
If the request is still pending, weâll cancel it and return the SC to your account
