🛑 How Do I Limit Purchases or Pause My Gameplay?

Whether you're looking to take a short break or set healthy limits on spending, Lunaland offers several tools to help manage your experience:

💳 Purchase Limits

Set a cap on how much you can spend within a specific timeframe.
You can choose from:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly purchase limits

Once set, you will not be able to exceed the chosen amount during that time period. To apply a purchase limit, just contact our Support Team and let us know your preferred limit and frequency.

🧊 Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break of 24, 48, or 72 hours.

  • No gameplay, purchases, or promotions during this time

  • You’ll still be able to withdraw available funds

  • Your account automatically reactivates once the period ends
    ✅ Request through your Account Settings or by contacting Support

🚫 Self-Exclusion

Take a longer break: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely

  • No access to your account or promotional materials

  • Funds can only be withdrawn by contacting Support directly

  • Reactivation only occurs once the set time has passed
    ✅ To self-exclude, contact Support with your full name and User ID or email

🔒 Permanent Account Closure

If you’d like to permanently close your account, we can help—but note this action is final and cannot be reversed.

  • A confirmation of understanding is required

  • Any remaining funds must be manually requested
