๐ŸŽ How to redeem

  1. Log in to your Lunaland account.

  2. Head to the "Redeem" page from the main menu.

  3. You'll see your current redeemable SC balance.

  4. Enter the amount you'd like to redeem.

  5. Confirm your details and submit your request.

Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email and your funds will be on their way.

๐Ÿ’ต Minimum redemption amount

The minimum you can redeem depends on your tier:

  • Entry Tier: 100 SC

  • Bronze Tier: 80 SC

  • Silver and above Tier: 50 SC

Note that Sweep Coins must be played with before they become redeemable; simply holding them in your account won't make them eligible.

๐Ÿชช Verifying your account!

The first time you redeem, you'll need to verify your account โ€” there's no email to wait for. The verification process starts automatically when you request your first redemption, right on screen. Just follow the steps to complete it, and your redemption will move forward once you're verified.

โณ How long does it takes?

Most players receive funds within a day or two, but please allow up to 5 full business days for the credit to appear. Funds will show as a credit or refund from Parana Plays LLC, and your card issuer's processing time determines when they land.

๐Ÿฆ Once your redemption is approved

After a redemption is approved, we disburse the funds to your card issuer, and the funds is then in your bank's hands. From that point, the timing of when the credit posts to your account is determined by your bank's processing procedures and is outside Lunaland's control. If it's been more than 5 business days, reach out to Support, and we'll be happy to investigate.

๐Ÿ”„ Canceling a request

If you change your mind, contact Support as soon as possible. If the request is still pending, we'll cancel it and return the SC to your account. Once a redemption is approved and transmitted, it cannot be reversed or stopped.
