At Lunar Bank, we have to understand how our users run their businesses and from which address the daily operations of the business take place. Therefore, we need to know from where the company is operated and, in this context, whether it is a private or commercial address.
Do you operate your company from a commercial lease?
If the business is operated from a commercial lease, choose From a commercial address. You will later be asked to upload a copy of your lease agreement for the premises you rent. The uploaded lease agreement must be signed by both parties, otherwise, we cannot accept the document and therefore cannot approve your application.

Do you operate your business from a coworking space?
If you run your business from a coworking space, this is also categorized as From a commercial address. Here, we can either use a lease agreement signed by both parties or an invoice from the coworking space as documentation.
Do you operate your business from a home office or your garage?
If you run your company from your home or another private address, choose From my private address. This could be, for example, if you have an IT consulting business that you run solely from your own home office or if you drive a taxi and your car is parked at home.
