Why do you need to know about my previous banking relationships?

In the process of obtaining a business account with Lunar, we need answers to relevant questions. This is necessary to form an overview of the company and its history, and to understand what activity we can expect to see during the customer relationship. This is a requirement we, as a financial institution, must fulfill for the authorities.

We ask about your previous banking relationships to get an overview of whether you have previously had another bank. Although it may seem silly if you have just recently founded your company, we often see businesses using their personal accounts as business accounts in the first months.

If your company is a bit older and has had an account with another business bank before, it is important for us to know. When we review your application, we try to get a complete overview of the operation itself, but the company's history is also a factor we look at, which is why we ask about it.
