Is it only in the Lunar app or everywhere?
Firstly, find out if you are only experiencing technical issues with MitID in the Lunar app.
Test MitID on another site.
If you also experience problems here, it is a general problem with MitID and you should contact them.
If you are only experiencing problems in the Lunar app, follow the guide below.
Troubleshooting
If you have an iPhone/iPad, you should do the following:
Go into Settings -> Tap Safari -> Find the Block all cookies button -> Make sure this is disabled (this is disabled when the button turns white).
Go into Preferences -> Tap Safari -> Find the Clear history and site data option and tap this.
Now try logging into your Lunar app.
If it still doesn't work, try the following:
Go to Settings -> Tap Safari -> Find the Avoid tracking by websites button -> Try disabling this (re-enable it afterwards if it doesn't solve the problem)
Go into Settings -> Tap Safari -> Find the text Clear history and website data and tap on it.
Now try logging into your Lunar app.
If you have an Android, you should do the following:
If Power saving mode is enabled for your phone, switch it off and try logging in to your Lunar app.
Check if you have Incognito mode enabled on your phone. If so, it's worth trying to switch it off and then log in to the Lunar app.
Make sure you are using Chrome as your default browser. We do NOT support browsers such as Samsung Internet Browser.
If the MitID login appears in a very small box, it is often because the browser view is set to Desktop Mode
When you are on the "small box" screen, press the three dots in the top right corner and make sure Desktop site is disabled (this is disabled when the tick is removed).
If none of the above works, try deleting and reinstalling the Lunar app.
